Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DICOM with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever your shipping option, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as delivery costs. Handling fees are flat, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items together in a single order. We cannot group two individual orders separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
